Perfect Mrs. India 2018

The grand finale of Perfect Mrs. India, held at St. Andrews Auditorium in Mumbai on September 29, 2018, was a night of sheer glitz and glamour. The debut edition of the event was designed keeping in mind the aspirations of women who are smart, dynamic, and strong enough to balance between work and home, while restoring healthy relationship with their husband, children, in-laws and peers.

Makeup and hairdo on models were done by none other than students of Lakmé Academy powered by Aptech. Around 30 students gathered at the auditorium with hair styling equipment and fully-loaded makeup kits. From covering blemishes on the skin to setting frizzy hair, makeup artists did the task with sheer perfection. Foundation was applied as per skin tones, colour of lipstick matched the colour of dresses, straightening, perming, braids and buns- hairstyle was too taken care of by the young artists.

Different rounds of the show had a different set of costumes to be worn by the models. And it demanded change in looks. The students were quick to change the makeup and hairdo as per the costumes. The task was fun yet challenging and students enjoyed every bit of it. The models looked drop dead gorgeous in glitzy dresses, precise makeup and fantastic hairstyles. Perfect Mrs. India 2018 was also a platform for the students to showcase their skills and talent.
